Launched my first free trial Adaptive RSI Forex indicator for MT4 today

Today I launched Adaptive RSI Forex indicator for MT4, my first free trial shareware product for Forex and MetaTrader 4.

The Adaptive RSI indicator uses the C++ code in my ftap algorithm trading system. I'm excited to launch this indicator, not only because it's my first commercial product on Forex, but also it brings the power in ftap system to the world. Before this product, ftap system was closed source and only used by myself. Now I found the way to put partial of the ftap system, such as the indicator module, in some products like the Adaptive RSI indicator and share them with the other traders.

This is a good start and not, if never, an end

With my rich C++ programming experience, my near mature ftap system, my understanding of Forex and financial product trading, and my improving MT4 MQL developing experience, there are so many work I can do creatively. Indeed there are already several indicators and expert advisors on my to do list.

Not only about coding

Release Adaptive RSI indicator didn't only involve a lot of coding. I also re-designed the web site on, and did some SEO, search engine optimization.

The new web site is not only better looking, but also is mobile friendly now and easier to use. Thanks to the great Wiki and CMS system Dokuwiki, I found web site building can't be easier and enjoyable!

First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Kudos!
